From here, we use our advanced digital technology to create a 3D render of your mouth.
Doing so allows not only us to create a highly personalised treatment plan that is tailored to your needs, but also provides you with a visual simulation of your final result.
Your digital 3D teeth maps are sent to an Invisalign lab, who will map out a treatment schedule. This lab manufactures your personalised Invisalign retainer trays, which are made from patented, BPA-free, medical-grade polyurethane resin.
You’ll need to wear each Invisalign retainer for around 1-2 weeks, and during this time, it gently applies pressure to the teeth, guiding them into their correct positions, resulting in gradual changes.
You’ll need regular reviews every 6-8 weeks to monitor your progress.
Refinement aligners
As your treatment progresses, our dentists will assess your treatment plan. If necessary, additional adjustments may be required to ensure your result is as close to perfect as possible. Refinement aligners are usually provided towards the end of your treatment process.
Invisalign attachments
Depending on your teeth straightening needs, small, tooth-coloured attachments may be required to help your aligners grip the teeth and move them into place more effectively. Please note that these attachments are temporary and will be removed once your treatment is complete.
