In efforts to comply with Social Distancing Guidelines, My Dentist on the Parade requests that only the person receiving treatment is to attend for the appointment.
We understand that in some circumstances such as parents and or caregivers of one or multiple family members may be required to attend. If this is the case for you, we ask that you please call the practice BEFORE making a booking so we can manage your booking/s accordingly.
For the health and safety of our staff and other patients, we ask that you please notify us immediately if in the last 30 days you have returned from interstate, overseas or if you have been unwell, around anyone who has been unwell or have had direct or indirect contact with a COVID19 case.
