Is a bridge better than an implant?

A bridge takes 2-3 weeks to be made. It requires no surgery as is required with an implant.

An implant can take between 3-6 months to complete due to the need for bone to heal around the implant. The adjacent teeth are kept in untouched condition with an implant placement.
